Figure 2 From Domain Specific Modeling Language For Self Adaptive This paper presents a modeling language for runtime megamodels that considerably eases the development of the adaptation logic by providing a domain specific modeling approach and a runtime interpreter for this part of a self adaptive system. Figure 2 shows the domain model for enabling self adaptation at design time. to realize the functionalities of the mape model at runtime, a number of activities are performed at design time.

We propose a domain specific modeling language, fcdl, for integrating adaptation mechanisms into software systems through external fcls. it raises the level of abstraction, making fcls amenable. In this paper, we propose a uml profile that represents the higher level abstractions required to provide support for sass conceptual modeling. we developed the uml profile by modeling the domain of interest and extending the uml class metaclass. We provide a domain specific modeling language and a runtime interpreter for adaptation engines, in particular feedback loops. megamodels are kept alive at runtime and by interpreting them, they are directly executed to run feedback loops. additionally, they can be dynamically adjusted to adapt feedback loops.

In this paper, we outline a model based approach that offers a way to explicitly design self adapting standard systems. we define it based on the uml profiling technique which allows to specify models for the most application domain frameworks. Self adaptive systems are capable of autonomously modifying their behavior at run time in response to changing environmental conditions. in order to modify the.
