Experience Easter At Trinity 12pm 1pm: uptown campus. palm sunday. sunday, march 24. The dynamic in delivering experience easter to a whole class, in a classroom, is likely to be very different than it is in working with small groups in trinity church; however, in our experience, children are most likely to share their worries or concerns during the hopes and dreams, garden of gethsemane, and good friday workshops. One programme participant, miriam garnett, was based with trinity learning, a project of trinity church in abingdon. here she tells us about the experience easter initiative: "in march we had over 400 children and their teachers come through our doors in the space of two days. Trinity learning’s annual experience easter event offered hundreds of children a chance to learn about easter. volunteers prepared for two weeks, decorating the church and creating activity materials. storytellers helped children participate in activities and reflect on the easter story.
