Evaluation Promotions Coe Nepal Community of evaluators – nepal (coe nepal) is committed to increasing the quality of evaluation by building the capacity of evaluation stakeholders and promoting the theory, practices, and use of evaluation in nepal. Coe nepal aims to enhance evaluation capacity and promote a culture of evaluation in nepal. the political instability hampers effective evaluation of local government funded projects. m&e training is critical, yet two thirds of staff lack basic training in evaluation.
Evaluation Promotions Coe Nepal Mission: establish a culture of evaluation at national and international level through development and dissemination of knowledge in evaluation, capacity building of evaluation stakeholders, and promotion of evaluation theory and practice. This project was implemented from 15 august 2024 to 30 march 2025 with an aim to align evaluations with indigenous perspectives, particularly in the context of the sustainable development goals.
