When i plug this model into the classifyobjects module in cp 4.2.4 and run the pipeline on new images, i get an error message indicating that some measurements don’t exist, but the appropriate modules are present and running.

I’ve placed the classifyobjects module after all the measurement modules i used to produce the db that went into cpa. also, it doesn’t tell me exactly what features do not exist it’s just a space there in the message. This is the error i get, but i am in fact using a .model created by cell profiler analyst. i even tried a different suggestion on this forum, where i used the fast gentle boosting method on analyst to create a rules.txt, and that still gave the same error. Then, i ran the watershed module to identify adipocytes (h&e). it did extremely better than identifyprimaryobjects (i’ve spent 2 weeks trying to get it to work with ipo) without almost any finagling.
