Citizen Science Projects Bluebird Environmental In view of the growing pressure on nature, scientists have often argued towards the involvement of citizens in environmental citizen science (cs) initiatives, as a way to contribute to environmental management and ecological conservation. The chapter concludes with a discussion on how this goal could be achieved through presenting and further elaborating on the citizen science for environmental citizenship (cs4ec) framework.
