Enhanced teacher resilience contributes substantially to the success of disaster education programs. the interplay between teacher and community resilience emerged as a complex, symbiotic. Key problem: disaster resilience is not as prominent in the curriculum as it should be. 50 lesson plans mapped to the curriculum. 5 x topic areas (geography, english, hpe, art, design and tech) and 18 lessons for primary school. development of 10 x indigenous written and led lessons coming this year. Forty teachers were interviewed from three schools in central sulawesi, indonesia, after a major earthquake and tsunami in september 2018. thematic analysis shows that teachers act as agents of community resilience after a disaster. the two themes presented converge on support based aspects.
