The Enact Project The enact project (easy to understand news for collaborative transformation) is a pioneering european initiative focused on developing easy to understand audiovisual news in web, radio and television settings. Enact addresses directly the demands to build a computing continuum with cognitive web3 capabilities that can effectively manage the explosion of locally generated content for next generation hyper distributed services, while respecting european values and the regulatory frameworks set by the european data act and complementary legislation. Enact is a european network to support the exchange of research and innovation knowledge as well as the visibility and uptake of solutions in the fight against crime and terrorism. enact is built on the four pillars identified by the european commission for the operation of knowledge networks.
