Electrical Training Alliance Instructors The electrical training alliance is a joint training program between the national electrical contractors association (neca) and the international brotherhood of electrical workers (ibew) aimed at training the best electrical workers the industry has to offer. Brought to you by the leader in electrical apprenticeship and training. the electrical training alliance interim credentials curriculum is the result of over 80 years of curriculum development and work experiences of the ibew neca electrical industry. The north texas electrical training center (often called the ntejatc) runs a union sponsored electrical apprenticeship backed by the ibew and neca, combining paid on the job training, structured classroom instruction, and long term union benefits. With our unique blended learning approach, training centers can easily combine classroom instruction with our online tools to continue educating and communicating with students long after class was dismissed.
