Edi Sr Reaact Research Program What is the study about? this study is developing a measure to assess emotion management in autistic teens, autistic adults, and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. we developed this measure in partnership with autistic adults and teens. The university of pittsburgh reaact research program is seeking volunteers – individuals age 11 – to complete online surveys. autistic individuals, individuals with a diagnosis of an intellectual or developmental disability (idd), and individuals without any diagnoses are welcome.
Edi Sr Reaact Research Program The purpose of this new research study is to create a questionnaire known as the edi self report (edi sr). this project is funded by the eunice shriver national institute of child health & human development (nichd). The emotion dysregulation inventory (edi) measure has surpassed 1000 users worldwide, including 500 international users on 6 continents in more than 50 countries!. To address this need, we used items of an internationally applied kindergarten teacher questionnaire—the early development instrument (edi) – to develop and validate a specific sr measurement. Caregivers of 1755 youth with asd completed 66 candidate edi items, and the final 30 items were selected based on classical test theory and item response theory (irt) analyses.
