County Durham Resilience Durham is a resilient community where all people thrive. dart aims to build upon the strengths of durham’s communities and systems, advancing an equitable and culturally responsive approach to prevent and respond to toxic stress and trauma. Durham county government health and wellbeing for all the efforts highlighted in this report align with the durham county government strategic goal 2: health and well being for all.
County Durham Resilience Crm helps individuals learn to read their nervous system to return to their zone of well being, called the resilient zone through the use of simple wellness skills.
