The downey theatre is a very nice small theater. it has seating for at least 1000 but not more. there is a balcony which has nice seats and the floor has has good seating. i don't suggest the front row because it is very close to the stage and your view will be a tad obstructed by that. we were in the 4th row and found it perfect.
