This happens strictly because advance steel can't match the value of the dimension style default to the actual dimension style in the prototype. please make sure they are the same including number of blank spaces or other characters that you may use. If you are switching between core and power dimensions, this would change the style. it looks like this is either a very old template or it is being saved down to the 2010 2012 format, which can sometimes cause issues with newer elements. upgrading the file to a newer format may help.
