Digital Promise Digital promise is a global nonprofit working to expand opportunity for each learner. we work with educators, researchers, technology leaders, and communities to co design, develop, and scale up innovations that serve all learners. Digital promise is a bipartisan organization that aims to improve learning and education with advanced information and digital technologies. it was created by congress in 2008 and launched in 2011 by president obama, with support from various foundations and corporations.
