Digital Inclusion Framework At its core, a digital inclusion framework is a structured approach designed to ensure that all individuals and communities, regardless of their background or circumstances, can fully participate in and benefit from the digital world. A thinking tool and implementation tool designed to ensure that everyone can benefit from digital health and care, whenever they need to, thereby reducing digital exclusion and the associated health inequalities.
