Digital Ecologies Digital ecologies is an interdisciplinary and international research group fostering critical conversations at the interface of more than human and digital geographies, political ecology, digital humanities, and media studies to understand the mediation of more than human worlds. Digital ecologies align approaches from more than human geography, digital geography, political ecology, and media studies, developing three key themes to guide future research in this emerging field: materialities, encounters, and governance.
