Competency Framework Ideal Digital Digcomp is a common framework to help citizens and workforce assess, learn and improve their digital skills across five areas: information and data literacy, communication and collaboration, digital content creation, safety and problem solving. digcomp 2.2 is the latest version of the framework, updated in 2022 with new examples and indicators.
