Developmental Disabilities Services Bridges Homeward Our developmental disabilities program provides training and social opportunities to individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities and their families. The adoption program provides planning and case management services for youth in the custody of the department of children and families, who often face the greatest challenges to adoption: older children, sibling groups, and children with special needs.
