Deep Roots Farm Foundation Welcome to the deep roots farm foundation, a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization dedicated to tackling food insecurity within black communities through sustainable agricultural practices. we know that many charlotte communities lack access to fresh, nourishing food. After more than a decade of farming, we started the deep root foundation in 2022 to address what we saw as major intersecting barriers for our communities and farmers.
