My biggest issue right now is to figure out the best way to make the tiles. if i tile the whole tissue slide from left to right and top to bottom, it may cause some tiles at the right edge and bottom edge to not be the same size as all the others or get lost.

When i export with one annotation (using multichanneloutput(false)), everything works as expected: i get the image file and the mask file. however, when i try to use multichanneloutput(true), i get image and mask files (in .tif format), but the mask file contains only one channel. I’m still left with the original image instead of it being split into the 4 different annotation images (tiles?). i’m unable to follow the rest of the tutorial effectively as subsequent parts of the tutorial use a tile for pixel, object classification training, etc.
