In this project we investigate two interconnected computational frameworks to develop a universal diagnostic system as well as a vision compensation mechanism to assist patients with central vision loss. in order to achieve this over arching goal, three objectives need to be addressed. Disi carries out both theoretical and applied research in the field of computer vision, with particular focus on video analysis for video surveillance applications. Our research integrates elements of machine learning, pattern recognition, and signal processing, with their applications in remote sensing image interpretation, smart agriculture, and smart city development.
