Resilience Community Resilience Building United States The community resilience building workshop is a unique, "anywhere at any scale" community driven process to comprehensively improve resilience to all hazards. How can communities protect their residents amid a changing climate when everything feels unpredictable? the community resilience building (crb) process, created and managed in connecticut by the nature conservancy since 2009, is helping to make that possible for people and nature.

Works Communityresilience This workshop process—developed through the nature conservancy's coastal resilience network (coastalresilience.org)—fosters collaboration with and among community stakeholders to advance education, planning, and ultimately implementation of priority resilience actions. The community resilience building workshop is a hands on “community driven” process to improve local level resilience to natural and climate related hazards such as extreme storms, inland flooding, sea level rise and heat waves. Central to the successful application of the community resilience building workshop is to open (section b 1) and close (section e) the workshop with large team (all participants) sessions; with small team sessions in between (section b 2 through section d). Kailash sacred landscape conservation and development initiative (kslcdi) kangchenjunga landscape conservation and development initiative (klcdi) reducing emissions from deforestation and forest degradation (redd ) a regional platform for water and disaster risks (hi risk) himalayan adaptation, water and resilience (hi aware).
