Mental Health Community Partners Mental Health Association We review recent community interventions to promote mental health and social equity. we define community interventions as those that involve multi sector partnerships, emphasize community members as integral to the intervention, and or deliver services in community settings. Shm foundation is thrilled to announce that 15 community based mental health initiatives have joined the ember partnership cohort 2025 2026 — the next chapter in our flagship programme, which supports grassroots efforts in transforming mental health support globally.
New Models Of Community Mental Health Programme Transformation Since the start of the programme in 2021, colleagues and teams across north london mental health partnership have been working to ensure projects and new initiatives are implemented and embedded across the partnership. This paper provides an overview of the adult community mental health (cmh) transformation programme, progress to date and how it aligns with the new roles of integrated care systems (icss) taking a population health management approach. Integrate with other partners, including pcns, acute and community providers to address the physical health co morbidities of older adults with smi, and multimorbidity, and to ensure that mental health needs are considered alongside ongoing physical health needs. In july 2024, we invited community based mental health organisations working in low and middle income countries to apply for ember’s next cohort of partners. we received over 1800 applications from initiatives in more than 90 countries.
