Spotlight On Collaborative Teacher Learning Cadre Project description: our project is a multi year, nsf funded design based research study to develop collaborative learning structures (clss) which support mentor teachers (mts) and teacher candidates (tcs) in collaboratively learning (i.e., co learning) equity oriented math instruction. Our analysis shows geographical, conceptual and practical gaps which have implications for the understanding and practice of teacher collaboration.

Collaborative teaching is an interdisciplinary framework that coalesces the collective proficiencies and individual strengths of multiple educators to construct a cohesive and comprehensive learning ecosystem.
