Collaborative Practice Promising Practices 10to19 Community Though there is no single standardized definition of what constitutes a best practice or a promising practice, we provide some common ways in which these terms can be understood in the sector. The 10to19 collaborative uses a unique multi stakeholder model to bring key stakeholders together in achieving greater adolescent health, participation and empowerment.
Collaborative Practice Promising Practices 10to19 Community Introducing 10to19’s collaborative practice tool, a guide to support reviews, self reflection and learning to continually identify effective, innovative, scalable and sustainable promising practices through a project’s lifecycle. Undertaking youth led social audits and engagement with decision makers to engage directly with young people, understand their needs & concerns and influence change at the community level. This tool has been developed to support development practitioners and program design and implementation teams to identify promising practices throughout the project lifecycle and to gain insights into what is working. This tool aims to assist ngos and other initiatives in decoding their promising practices and also encourage reflection and learning of what is working on ground and how.
Collaborative Practice Promising Practices 10to19 Community This tool has been developed to support development practitioners and program design and implementation teams to identify promising practices throughout the project lifecycle and to gain insights into what is working. This tool aims to assist ngos and other initiatives in decoding their promising practices and also encourage reflection and learning of what is working on ground and how. By march 2023, we hope to publish an interactive, multi media format roadmap for organizations to identify and document their promising practices. we thank our partner organizations and young champions for inspiring us to compile this roadmap and supporting us by sharing their input, and suggestions and validating the approach to the roadmap. Undertaking youth led social audits and engagement with decision makers to engage directly with young people, understand their needs & concerns and influence change at the community level. Ten promising practices for the collaborative planning of integrated health campaigns were identified from a synthesis of eight case studies in six countries. Sharing on ground experiences, data and insights, we hope, enables the sector to improve their understanding, create best practices and work collectively to adopt and implement innovative and scalable programs.
