Blog Schemata Workshop Schemata workshop has designed an urban cohousing community in the heart of the capitol hill neighborhood of seattle. the 4,500sf lot provides nine homes, community space, ground related commercial space. Schemata workshop has analyzed dozens of common houses in denmark and north america. the analysis and research done have allowed us to develop a depth of knowledge that gives our firm a unique understanding of what makes the most effective, friendly, and welcoming common houses. While this pattern wag originally written with regard to the scale of a city, it relates directly to the community of cohousing, which closely a village. in discussions about memorable urban places, it's often cited that people are attracted to places where there are other people. In february and march, schemata workshop will host three events about the development, home sales, and design of cohousing.
