Civil Discourse Dialogue Nc Campus Engagement Since 2004, ncce has helped campuses gain knowledge and skills in various dialogue and civil discourse methods. we believe such habits are critical for effective participation in a democratic republic. Specially selected student and faculty fellows work together to organize debates and workshops on civil dialogue for the entire campus community. students are mentored by cd&d staff and develop valuable skills in leadership, communication, event coordination, marketing, and public speaking.
