Oliver 1850 chain coupler replacement. There's lots going on in this one. i fix that leak, set the clutch pressure, put the engine back in, chain coupler, water pump, thermostat. the list goes on. Hi guys, do you have to replace both sprockets on the hydra power when you replace the chain coupler? or can you just replace the chain? any tricks when changing the chain? mine seems to be getting noisy. or do some people recommend running them until they break? thanks for any help.

I agree with chris, if your yanking the motor check a bunch of things, including clutch, pto drive shaft and hub in the flywheel, possibly the over under, rear main seal (if you have any drippage at the cotter key pin), throw out bearing, and the pilot bearing, hopefully i didn't forget anything.
