Groundwork and the bupa foundation have awarded over half a million pounds to schools, pta’s and community organisations for the third year, thanks to the green community grants programme.
Bupa Foundation Green Community Grants Since 2023, the bupa foundation has invested more than £1.4m in green community grants across the uk and ireland, as part of bupa’s #healthycities initiative – where bupa employees, suppliers and customers walk throughout june to unlock money for charity. Back for a third year, the scheme offers grants of between £500 and £2,000 to support practical projects which benefit both people and planet health. this year, priority is given to regeneration of green spaces in or near cities for community use.
