Special Seminar Co Organized By The Government Of Japan And World Bank The seminar reflected on the reconstruction efforts and lessons learned on enhancing resilience to build back better from the perspectives of prominent experts in various fields. In commemorating ten years since the disaster, we present interviews with the prefectural governors of iwate, miyagi, and fukushima, and reports from the people who have been working on the reconstruction of the areas affected by the disaster.
