Cloud Computing Based Collaborative And Convenient Learning Framework In this work, two research questions were investigated: ‘what are the main cloud computing tools and features used for online collaborative learning activities?’ and ‘what are the major opportunities and challenges of these tools?’. This study focuses on challenges and concerns that limit or even prohibit the use of a cloud based collaborative virtual learning environment (cbcvle). more specifically, this study considers the influences of omani culture upon utilisation of cbcvles. Through theoretical analysis and practical validation, the technical architecture of cloud computing platform in online collaborative learning, effectiveness analysis and comparison with traditional learning modes are explored, and optimization algorithms are proposed. This paper presents a conceptual framework for a cloud based collaborative environment for online course provision between universities. the framework includes five main elements.
