Broken Analysis Chess Forums Chess Hello, i recently noticed, that the engine is giving me some weird analysis. i have screenshotted the last issue so someone can maybe explain to me, what is going on. The technical definition of inaccuracy for example in chess is for the eval to move 0.3 against your opponent so in theory you can get to say 2.9 from zero in 10 moves without having a single official inaccuracy.

If the progress bar on the left isn't moving at all, try switching to the analysis tab, then back to review. as to how long it takes, it will take more time the higher your analysis depth setting. Whenever i analyze games i'm noticing alot of things going wrong. whenever i play theoretical move they're always either best move or excellent move. black making a move that makes white go from 2 to m1? excellent move! white instead just sacrificing the queen and going to 10? excellent!. When i hit analyze it took me to a screen, not with the game i was in at the point i was at, but to a brand new game, with all the pieces nicely back at their opening position, and no 'history' to move forward through.
