Zealous Mom Parenting Life Exactly three years ago today, i wrote my first blog post on zealous mom. since then this blog has become a part of me, a part of my every day. i remember thinking in september of 2011, “i really wish i had a blog.” but the idea sounded so bizarre. blogging seemed so out of my realm at the time. Not only is zealous mom a virtual scrapbook for my boys and a writing portfolio for me, and not only has it offered my family opportunities, trips and adventures, but it’s become a lifeline for my sanity. While i cannot see my mom in person, hold her hand and talk with her across a dinner table, i feel her presence around me. she visits me in my dreams and in the songbirds outside my window. My sister, mom and i have been group texting non stop trying to figure out plans for several upcoming trips. my family is driving up to dc for spring break like we do every year. Sharing practical tips, sulittipid finds, and some heartfelt moments as a first time mom. work with.
