Beyond Numbers Teaching Math Through Programming To transform math teaching, it is critical to introduce tangible and motivating tools. programming is an excellent option, as it gives purpose to numbers, equations, and variables, turning them into tools of exploration rather than isolated concepts. This project was a partnership between three graduate students from the harvard graduate school of education and andromeda math partners (amp) to set out and explore how relationships play a role in learning during one on one virtual math tutoring sessions.
