A new 56,000 sq ft development in fitzrovia entrances on berners street and wells street typical floors c. 8,000 sq ft communal terrace and club lounge designed with sustainability and wellness in mind.

We were delighted to hear that berners & wells by emrys architects was the winner of the 2024 brick awards in the commercial category. fmdc ltd were delighted to have played a part in the design and the delivery of this great building as facade consultants, from early riba stages through to completion on site. The project includes the demolition and reconstruction of the building on berners street, the retention of the edwardian façade on wells street, as well as the creation of an additional floor. The berners wells building’s design reflects fitzrovia’s enduring creative spirit. the building’s clean lines, geometric forms, and use of natural materials create a sense of modern elegance that seamlessly blends with the neighborhood’s eclectic mix of architectural styles.
