Basic Wildland Fire Training Pennsylvania Prescribed Fire Council 2026 academy and wildland courses are *free* to boulder county agencies. bcffa member agencies will have priority before other agencies. late cancellations or no shows may be subject to fees and denied access to other courses. Wildland Fire Boulder Emergency Squad The mission of the boulder county regional fire training centers (bcrftc) is to promote safety through training. the bcrftc provides the facilities to foster education, practice and promotion of skills for our fire service personnel. Complete a commission approved basic wildland fire protection training program as outlined in chapter 11 of the commission's certification curriculum manual or completion of the following national wildfire coordinating group courses:. The academy continues to strive to provide a diverse and well rounded learning experience and offers all level of classes from basic wildland firefighter to various supervisory positions.
