The truth circle can be a very cathartic experience. it is helpful to spend a little time together before participants leave the space, sharing something about the circle or how they are feeling afterwards, engaging in song or other simple activity together, and encouraging self care. Speaking your truth wakes up your sleeping parts and calls in your exiled parts. speaking your truth is an embodied, experiential way to invoke and dance with the energies of confidence and courage. speaking your truth is a playful, trickster way to seed the most powerful, most authentic you. At truthcircles i use tools and techniques, that bring back energy and clarity. i model and teach a leadership approach that helps strengthening the core of the organization and each individual. this is what a purpose driven business needs today.
