Artists Androtechne Androtechne artists show how their creative energy has evolved, emerging in new expressions of their digital selves. i created an 'uncanny family' of multiple portraits derived from my own image. doing selfies confronted me with the uncanniness of a reality through the processing eye of digital device, seeing myself and doubting my self image. The androtechne collective explores themes of transhumanism, artificial intelligence, bionics, and spirituality in their art. they primarily work with a variety of mediums, incorporating technology and traditional artistic techniques.
