Docks In July Jason Tako Highlands Art Gallery Art in the docks is an artist led social enterprise (cic). we are privileged to be embedded within our local community in the london borough of newham, surrounded one of the youngest and most ethnically diverse population in the uk. Covering nearly 20,000 square feet of exterior wall space along conveyor lane and security drive, the project will transform this industrial alley into a large scale outdoor gallery featuring 18 unique murals.
