Andrew N Liveris Building Interior Modlar Completed in 2021 by melbourne based architectural firm lyons, andrew n. liveris building is a new vertical campus for the university of. This strengthens wayfinding and campus legibility. designed around key pedestrian movements, the building improves circulation across the campus. the northern side of the andrew n. liveris building features an outdoor campus room, incorporating student breakout areas for learning activities.

Andrew N Liveris Building Modlar Thanks to a generous donation, the andrew n. liveris building began construction in 2020 and is now complete. follow the development of this incredible building. This metamorphosis from sand to glass is used metaphorically to make a building that simultaneously acknowledges its time, place, and role as the home for chemical engineering. The interior of the building is joyful and engaging. the organization of the program is dictated by the pilot hall – a large, multistorey subgrade testing facility also present in the andrews building, but hidden away. The molecular theme carries through the interiors manifesting in curves and rounded furniture.

Andrew N Liveris Building Exterior Modlar The interior of the building is joyful and engaging. the organization of the program is dictated by the pilot hall – a large, multistorey subgrade testing facility also present in the andrews building, but hidden away. The molecular theme carries through the interiors manifesting in curves and rounded furniture. The building looks to the future; both in innovative and interdisciplinary teaching as well as solutions focussed engineering research. the new facility is a 12 storey building with the levels intrinsically linked by a central atrium and vertical learning laboratory. At one scale, the building is considered a single giant block, with veining that traces the social spaces and circulation paths of the building. at a finer grain, each glass panel is considered a block, laid in a traditional brick pattern turned on its head.
