A mix of 300 completed homes and homesites sold with design controls requiring traditional architecture, creating one of the south coasts most distinctive and well planned new communities. In 2005 sbd was engaged to prepare the development application and constructions plans for tullimbar village. the initial 30 homes were designed and documented in conjunction with steve thorne, the project architect, and a select group of architects who provided the conceptual design for the homes.
