As an empowerment program dedicated to fostering change makers, alexander hamilton scholars (ahs) aims at ensuring that underserved leaders thrive in college and beyond. Alexander hamilton scholars’ alumni board is composed of representatives from every hamilton alumni cohort, spanning from the first one in 2005 all the way to our most recent graduates from the 2017 cohort. Inspired by alexander hamilton’s legacy of leadership through service, alexander hamilton scholars (ahs) empowers high achieving and underserved students to succeed in college and career through the hamilton scholarship. In 2015, the alexander hamilton friends association became today’s alexander hamilton scholars. it has since blossomed into a wrap around support system for high achieving, underserved students across the nation, with an alumni network spanning several hundred students from all backgrounds.
