The school of architecture and the built environment is one of five schools at kth royal institute of technology. our research and educational programmes relates to the future of our society; how cities, buildings and infrastructure will be designed and built, how institutions and regulatory systems should be developed to produce a good living. Provide the learner with the academic knowledge, skills and competencies required to practice in the built environment as a "candidate architectural technologist".
Designing The Built Environment Architecture Landscape Interior The school of architecture and the built environment is one of five schools at kth royal institute of technology. our research and educational programmes relates to the future of our society; how cities, buildings and infrastructure will be designed and built, how institutions and regulatory systems should be developed to produce a good living. Provide the learner with the academic knowledge, skills and competencies required to practice in the built environment as a "candidate architectural technologist". School of architecture & the built environment: with programmes in architecture and architectural technology, this school prepares students for roles in building design, urban planning, and construction. Included in the full time fees are a total of 4 weeks practical, spread out over the 12 months. practical is done onsite at our campus and will cover land survey, plumbing (drainage and water reticulation) and electrical wiring. We have a long tradition of offering programmes focused on the built environment from spatial design to architectural and construction engineering and we've recently added architecture to our suite of programmes. Leading in built environment education, our school offers unique programs focused on sustainability, decarbonization, and advanced manufacturing, with hands on learning in state of the art facilities.
