Adults Rogers Public Library Challenge yourself by reading books that fulfill specific prompts for the chance to win prizes. if you complete one reading prompt before the last day of each month, you will be entered to win one of our monthly prizes. Welcome to the rogers public library! we are offering limited services monday thursday from 9am to 9pm, friday and saturday from 9am to 5pm, and sunday from 1pm to 5pm. the library building beyond the front lobby, including the restrooms and children's library, remains closed to the public.

We are a system comprised of 13 branches, 3 micro libraries, and a mobile library that aim to serve and enhance the lives of the nearly 700,000 residents of san joaquin county.
