A Probabilistic Forest Fire Model
Forest Fire Model Insight Maker We propose a discrete two dimensional mathematical model for forest fires and we derive certain results describing its limiting behavior. we also pose a relevant open question. We first established a high intensity forest fire dataset based on remote sensing informed fire spread simulations from the weather research and forecasting coupled fire spread model (wrf sfire), incorporating explanatory variables on fuel, weather, climate, and topography.

The forest fire model is one of the simplest computational models to display self organised criticality. the model is a probabilistic cellular automaton with the following rules. This simple model uses probabilities to simulate the spread of a forest fire. at each step, the trees on fire have a chance of either staying on fire or going out and the trees around a fire have a chance of igniting or not. Variants of using the developed mathematical model and probabilistic criterion in the practice of protecting forests from fires are proposed.

In response to this imperative, this study introduces a forest fire spread behavior prediction (ffsbp) model, encompassing two integral components: the forest fire spread process prediction (ffspp) model and the forest fire spread results prediction (ffsrp) model. We analyzed the factors that affect the occurrence of forest fires and evaluated the results of different models predicting forest fires. then, we used weighting to integrate the results of different models. Accurate prediction of forest fires can aid in timely interventions, resource allocation, and effective management strategies. this study aimed to develop a machine learning model to predict forest fire occurrences based on various environmental and meteorological variables.
