After learning about their goals and purpose in life, i brought them into our journey. today, they are leading this very initiative with grit, humility, and determination.
Founder Message In 2024, we launched the merit way, a set of core values that influences everything we do. itโs how our employees behave and how work is done. the merit way defines our culture. it honors the past, celebrates what has made our company successful today, and also sets our expectations for the future. Itโs easy to understand why the incredible medical providers serving our communities need to be first in line. when our turn for masks comes, our first priority will be getting them in the hands of our employees and partners working to get essential products to people. A couple of years ago, i started talking with our board about my longer term plans for freshworks. i shared that when the time is right, i would like to shift my focus to our long term product vision and invest in our presence in india. Everyone, including our contract manufacturing partners, is helping us explore our options, but the truth is that it is incredibly difficult to move factories. it takes careful planning, huge expense, and much more time than we have.

Over the past few months, i spent significant time speaking with mario gabriele of the generalist, who wrote an in depth piece about airwallexโs early years and my path as a founder. We will be celebrating our anniversary and the 40th anniversary of the legend of zelda all year long. to mark this very special occasion, we reached out to the founder of zelda universe, lars christian simonsen, and he prepared a message for the community.
