Nagasaki Survivors Last Message To America November 8 Community St. paul's united church of christ is engaged in providing relief aid throughout the country and throughout the world. below you can find some highlights and updates on our relief efforts, as well as ways in which you can help. Over the past two years, the disaster ministries of the united church of christ, christian church (disciples of christ) and church of the brethren have joined forces to pioneer the disaster recovery support initiative (drsi) in nine states and u.s. territories. There is no way around the fact that a whole swath of our nation’s people is now experiencing unimaginable trauma and loss in the wake of hurricane ida. in the coming months and years, we can be the church at our best by lending hope, help, and generosity. may it be so. Lesli remaly joined the global h.o.p.e. team in early 2021, bringing deep experience with the united church of christ and with disaster response. lesli grew up in the ucc and began her working career serving in christian education in florida.
