This strong, sweaty flow is perfect for the yoga warrior looking to move and breathe. after warming sun salutes, build to standing balances, chest opening standing lunges, and quieting, soothing forward folds.

Warrior Flow This 45 minute vinyasa flow class follows an arc of grounding, warming up, heating the body with sun salutations and standing poses, progressively cooling poses including backbends and forward folds, and ends with savasana. Build strength and focus with this short warrior flow class. we start with a few rounds of surya namaskar (sun salutations) and then move into poses that fire up the legs and glutes, such as utkatasana (chair pose), alansana (high lunch), virabhadrasana (warrior 2). Meet in a comfortable seat, lying on your back, or child’s pose (close eyes or lower gaze, begin to focus on your breath and let go of anything that came before this time, take a few breaths here).
