4th Tunisian Bonex Workshop As part of the bonex project, we have conducted a series of participatory workshops across all demonstration projects (dps) to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange among the various stakeholders involved. It also facilitated meaningful exchanges with experts and stakeholders working to advance the nexus wefe framework in tunisia through the bonex project. The third bonex workshop, held at the timoulay hotel, gathred 44 participants to explore strategies, mechanisms, and key stakeholders that can facilitate the implementation of integrating desalinated water use. The second session of the workshop was held on 3rd july. this participatory session included 2 rounds to deal successively with reclaimed water management from the quantitative and qualitative point of views hence covering the innovative tools brought by bonex. While this session marked the end of a significant phase of bonex in axarquía, bioazul remains committed to continuing this long term process, promoting new initiatives that foster sustainable water management and innovation in the region and across the mediterranean. Bonex works across seven demonstration sites—each representing different socio environmental challenges and institutional settings—to identify how the nexus approach can strengthen local planning, build resilience, and foster innovation in water, energy, food, and ecosystem management.
