November 20th 2025 Worldquest Academic Worldquest 2025 World Each year, world affairs councils around the united states host academic worldquest competitions for high school students. teams of four (4) study for a chance to compete on the national level in washington dc against other regional winners. each jwac may enter up to three (3) teams. Since 2003, academic worldquest™ (awq) has been the world affairs councils of america’s flagship youth education program. this fun, fast paced team competition for high school students tests players’ knowledge of current international politics, geography, global economics, history, and world cultures.
