Accomplishments from 2024. We have 10 branches serving the communities of surrey, bc, canada. this channel will feature online programs such as story times, book reviews, activities, and events that support literacy. Set in an imagined victorian era where violet eyed people can speak to and control the dead, a violet eyed transgender boy named silas is sent to a finishing school designed to turn him into the perfect wife. but there are secrets hiding in the dark….
